Follow-up complaints of students, faculty members, staff,  patients visiting the college clinics and cooperating with them to solve such issues in a timely manner based on scientific and ethical grounds that achieve complete confidentiality of complaints to provide the best educational and practical environment that enables students and recipients of the service to have maximum benefit of all the services provided by the College.
