1.laying down vision, mission and strategic goals of the college mode.

2.Preparing an action plan to spread the message and vision of the college after being approved by the College Board.

3.Preparation and processing environmental analysis (Swot Analysis)

4.Drafting of the main goals and sub-goals (Objectives) pop them and preparing the operational plan and benchmarks.

5.Prepare and follow up the implementation of the Strategic Plan of the College in accordance with the University's strategic plan, work to involve all employees of the college in the preparation of the strategic plan of the college.

6.Work on the deployment of the Strategic Plan at the college level.

7.Periodic review of the Strategic Plan and developed in accordance with the developments.
