Goals of the Unit

1. To consider the complaint and proposal as a valuable means of feedback and input for development and contribute to improving continuous performance.
 
2. Resolving complaints and proposals efficiently and effectively through a complaints system that is simple and easy, and confidentiality of the information provided while ensuring the completion and resolution of complaints within a specified period of time.
 
3. Upgrading the level of the student from the educational and personal aspects and training him on how to present his opinion professionally.
 
4. Open channels of communication between students and academic and administrative officials in the faculty to increase the link between students in college and university and develop their spirit of belonging.
 
5. Indirect evaluation of the educational effectiveness and institutional capacity of all employees of the college, which leads to correct the negatives and drawbacks periodically.
 
6. Continuous evaluation of the performance of the unit and evaluation of work through the survey of the views for those dealing with the unit.
